You can do this, but it’s expensive. Gene Roddenberry, the almighty creator of Star Trek, had this done with his ashes after his death. Eventually, the orbit deteriorated and they burned in the upper atmosphere. If you wanted to be launched out like the voyager spacecraft, it would cost a crazy ton of money but in theory it’s possible.
